We want you satisfied — and we want to be fair to our crew and to the guests whose spots we’d turn away.
02 — Cancel 24–48 hours out — 50% charge
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled trip result in a 50% charge of the agreed total.
03 — Cancel inside 24 hours — full charge
Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled trip are not permitted and will be charged 100% of the agreed total.
04 — Weather cancellations
The weather forecast is watched carefully by our team. We do not cancel trips based on forecasts alone. Trip cancellation is determined on the day of your rental reservation and only in unsafe or severe weather conditions.
If we cancel the reservation due to unsafe weather, you get a 100% refund or you can reschedule at no cost.
