Guest policies.

01 — Safety First

• Our captain is in charge at all times. Please follow all crew instructions.
• Life jackets are provided and required for all children and non-swimmers, and available for everyone.
• Remain seated while the boat is underway. No riding on the bow, swim step, or gunwales during travel.

02 — No Smoking

• Our boat is 100% smoke-free. No smoking anywhere on board.

03 — Alcohol & Substances

• Guests 21+ may bring alcohol and drink responsibly — the captain may end the trip early if guests become unsafe or unruly.
• No glass containers on board (cans and plastic only).
• Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited and will end the charter immediately with no refund.

04 — Be Boat-Friendly

• No shoes with dark or hard soles that mark the deck — barefoot or soft, non-marking soles only.
• Please help us keep the lake clean: no trash or items thrown overboard.
• Reasonable wear is expected; guests are responsible for damage caused by negligence or a cleaning fee for excessive mess (e.g., ground-in food, sickness, or spills).

05 — Getting the Most From Your Trip

• Please arrive 15 minutes early — charter time starts at your scheduled time, and late arrivals shorten your trip.
• Bring: swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, and any food or drinks you'd like.
• Your group size must not exceed the boat's guest capacity for your booking.

06 — Little Ones & Pets

• Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Pets are allowed only with advance approval — just ask when booking.

07 — Weather

• Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule. See our cancellation policy for details.
