The calendar only offers times we can genuinely run. It knows the boat is already out, knows a trip needs turnaround either side of it, and blocks the day when the lake is unsafe — so a slot you can pick is a slot you will get.

What you actually notice
Mostly, that nothing goes wrong.
Waivers on your phone
Everyone aboard signs their own, from their own phone, before the trip. No clipboard at the ramp, no printing anything, and a parent signs for anyone under eighteen. The captain cannot start the pre-departure check until they are all in.
One deposit, then nothing
A deposit holds the date. The balance comes off the same card the day before your trip — no chasing, no envelope of cash, and no surprise at the dock. If plans change, cancelling releases the date automatically.
Your own booking page
The link in your confirmation stays live. It has your times, your crew, your balance and your waiver status on it, and it updates if anything changes — so you are never reading a stale email to work out when to be there.
Why bother
Because one boat has to run like ten.
Travis Wake Charters is one Nautique and a small crew. There is no office, no dispatcher and nobody whose job is paperwork. The only way a operation this size runs like a bigger one is if the boring parts happen on their own.
So the software is not a side project — it is the reason a two-person business can hold a date, take a deposit, collect a waiver from all nine of your guests, brief the boat, and know afterwards what the trip actually cost to run.
It isn’t for sale and we’re not a software company. It just makes for better trips.
